Shipping cost:  $15.00 for all shippings worldwide.

For International shipping the time frame provided is just an estimated time; packages may experience a delay due to customs handling.

How do I request a refund?

If there is a problem with your order from, please notify us via email within 7 working days, so we may advise you of the necessary steps to

return the products. The product should be returned within 14 working days from delivery.

You must return any item in its original unused condition for a full refund. Please make sure that

any items you would like to return are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable

condition, with any labels or tags still attached.

Can I return an opened or used item?

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In

such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund or exchange will be available and send the

products back to your original postal address.

A product is considered to be reduced to 100%, if packaging / sealing is opened / broken, if it is a

product that can not be sold to another customer for hygienic reasons.

How long does it take to process a refund?

If your refund is approved, we will process it within 30 days of receiving your returned goods,

provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition.


Currently we do not offer tracking on orders, but if your order has not arrived within the estimated time for your county please do not hesitate to contact us:


We currently only accept PayPal payments. If you have a creditcard you can easily register your card on and then pay on our website.

We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.


All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.


All prices indicated on this website do not reflect any or all of the international duties, taxes, or other customs charges that the package may encounter when it arrives in its final destination. Please contact the customs agency officials to find out about all applicable taxes and duties in your country. Those charges vary greatly from country to country and will not be covered by Eyegalore.
