When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us. Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only.
Your goods (including packaging) may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.
One voucher code per order may be redeemed here on our website. Voucher codes cannot be “stacked” and a maximum of one code per customer per transaction may be used.
You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time. Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order. You are required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering. When ordering, you will enter your name, email, address, telephone number in order for us to ship the order to you.
We use secure payment facilities for online purchase. You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. All prices quoted on our website are in US dollars(USD) and include Value Added Tax at the current rate. Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays. The charged amount of the order will be deducted from your account within 1-4 business days. Once your order is complete, we will notify you when the order has been dispatched by us.
Goods will normally be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days, and any estimated dispatch date is an estimate, which can change without notice. Shipping cost is $15.00USD for all shippings worldwide.
For International shipping the time frame provided is just an estimated time; packages may experience a delay due to customs handling.

The majority of our products are small and light, they can usually be posted through a standard letterbox (unless a signature is required). Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility. After two failed delivery attempts (or if you are not at home for an agreed delivery) the goods may be returned to us, and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge. Please tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order.
Please check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves within seven days from the date you receive the items. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
According to the Consumer Rights Directive, Sellers must deliver goods to customers within 30 days of the contract being formed. While we make every effort to ensure your item arrives promptly, factors outside of our control can occasionally dictate that items are lost or delayed (i.e., delays in the postal service). Please informed us if your item has not arrived after 25 days of the contract being formed so that we can look into this promptly for you.
Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control, we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
If you want to return your order you must notify us via email within 7 working days, so we may advise you of the necessary steps to return the products. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
The product should be returned within 14 working days from delivery. Please note that you as a customer must cover all return, shipping, and exchange costs. Any item in its original unused condition for a full refund. Please make sure that any items you would like to return are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels or tags still attached. Where goods are deemed faulty, or the incorrect goods have been sent to you, we will cover the cost of return carriage.
Faulty goods must be reported to us before they’re worn or used. Items with a hygiene seal must be returned with the packaging/seal intact. This is for hygiene reasons, there will be no exceptions. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
If your refund is approved, we will process it within 30 days of receiving your returned goods. Before processing a refund, we require evidence that the item has been returned to us (in the event that we do not receive it). Satisfactory evidence includes: A signed, stamped mail proof of postage (obtained when posting your item from a Post Office).
If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem. It’s helpful if you can provide us with a photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights. If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked.
The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility, however on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.
We offer 2 years of guarentee; extensive fabrication and material defects found in the normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover errors, damage or wear, directly or indirectly caused by improper operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interference. Complaints about defects that should be discovered by the usual inspection of the product, and must be communicated to Eyegalore within a reasonable period of time and no later than 2 months before the 2 year warranty expires. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or, after agreement, any credit.
